Humanities Faculty Office Hours

Welcome

A study of the Humanities invites you to open your perceptions, to investigate human expression, to develop an appreciation for Rococo art and rock-and-roll, Shakespeare and Spielberg and more. At Shoreline Community College you can create, sing, paint, write, speak, sculpt, act, compose, and dance.

To perceive, to experience, to understand, to create: "That's what the Humanities encourage and enable us to do. When we learn about the Humanities, we learn what we humans have made and are capable of making. We learn to see and experience our lives differently. We learn who we are, and we help the students get jobs with the skills they learn.
