- All applications that are submitted by the application deadline will be evaluated.
- All applicants will be notified within 4-6 weeks of the deadline.
-
Beginning with the Winter 2012 application period, all nursing applicants will need to provide evidence of successful completion (grade 2.0 / C or higher) of a 5 credit statistics course. MATH & 146 meets the requirement at Shoreline. The point system will be revised with the application as demonstrated on this form
Admission Points
- Beginning Winter 2012, nutrition will no longer be related to admission points. However, students will need to complete nutrition prior to starting the Nursing Program. It could be taken before application or during the quarter while applications are being process. Accepted students who have not provided evidence of successful completed nutrition prior to the start of their first nursing quarter will forfeit their space in the Nursing Program and will need to reapply.
The Nursing Program has been approved as fulfilling the Multicultural requirement. An additional Multicultural course is no longer required. Please see the current Admission Points calculation at the link to the left.
Online chemistry, microbiology, and anatomy and physiology courses without supervised laboratory do not meet requirements for the Nursing Program. All Hybrid Science courses MUST be evaluated.
