	Darlene Bakes Director PCC Employee Since 2008 Darlene has a B.A. in Art and Education, a Certificate in Early Childhood Education Management and Masters credits in Public Administration. She has worked in the ECE field since 1985. Born in Rochester, New Hampshire, she likes to go to fitness classes, take dance lessons, play outside, travel, read non-fiction, see live music and spend time with family.
	Lisa Dorgan Manager PCC Employee Since 1999 Lisa has an AA in Early Childhood Education from Shoreline Community College. Born in Seattle, she likes to read, watch movies, listen to music and talk radio, go camping, play cards and spend time with her husband and three children.
	Jocelyn Ramos Program Assistant PCC Employee Since 2000 Jocelyn is taking Early Childhood Education courses working towards an AA degree. Born in Manila (Philippines), she likes to spend time with her children, go shopping, hang out at the beach or Barnes & Noble, & go snowboarding when she can.
	Kay Johansen Cook PCC Employee Since 2003 Kay likes to spend time with her family, going camping, bowling, playing bingo and watching the Seahawks. She has over 20 years of experience and a Culinary Arts degree. She was born in Seattle.
	Jessica Owens Infant Lead Teacher PCC Employee Since 2008 Jessica has an AA in Early Childhood Education as well as a BA in English. Born in Muncie, Indiana, she likes to do yoga, bake and cook, read novels, travel around the world and spend time with her husband..
	Electa Johnson Waddler Lead Teacher PCC Employee Since 2001 Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Electa has a BA in Early Childhood Education and 45 units towards a Masters in Human Behavior. In her spare times she enjoys reading, sewing, making crafts, keeping fit and spending time with her grandchildren.
	Kathy Banas Toddler Lead Teacher PCC Employee Since 2010 Kathy has been teaching children since 1980. Born in Seattle, she has a AAS degree in Early Childhood Education. In her spare time she likes to travel, read and listen to music.
	Fiel Cheever Preschool Lead Teacher PCC Employee Since 2007 Born in Manila (Philippines), Fiel has over 25 years of experience working with children infant through school age. She likes running, skiing, biking, hiking and swimming. She also enjoys spending time hanging out with her family and camping/backpacking.
	Donna Turner Pre-K Lead teacher PCC Employee Since 2000 Donna has AA degrees in Early Childhood Education and Special Education & Human Services. She also has an Education transfer degree and 30 years experience working with children. Born in Seattle, she enjoys volunteering, photography, playing with grandchildren, reading and listening to music.
	Pat Commins Infant Lead Assistant PCC Employee Since 2004 Pat has over 20 years experience working with children and some college Early Childhood Education courses. Born in Harlingen, Texas, she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
	Angela Kalustyan Waddler Lead Assistant PCC Employee Since 2002 Angela was born in Azerbaijan (former USSR) and has an Accounting degree. In her spare time she likes to read, travel and spend time with friends.
	Natalia Knijnikova Toddler Lead Assistant PCC Employee Since 2001 Natalia has the equivalent of an AA in Early Childhood Education and over 25 years of experience working with children. Born in Russia, she likes to garden, read and travel in her spare time.
	Keala Ryan Pre-K Lead Assistant PCC Employee Since 2008 Born in Seattle, Keala has a BA in Family Studies. In her spare time she likes to go to the gym, play soccer, read, listen to music, watch movies and spend time with her family and friends.
	Almaz Andetsion Floater PCC Employee Since 2004 In her spare time Almaz likes to read the bible, spend time with her family and cook. She was born in Ethiopia and has a high school diploma.

In addition, the Center employs 7-10 part-time staff. We are also fortunate to have work study and service learning students as well as volunteers and a foster grandparent who help out in the classrooms.
