Job Connections Center Shoreline's Career Employment Service Center offers a range of employment-focused services including tuition assistance for dislocated workers, work-based internships, career counseling, employment workshops, and career expos. Automated job listings and referrals are available on campus thanks to SCC's Employment Security Co-Location initiative.

Worker Retraining Worker Retraining is a state funded program that provides job-related training and employment services to dislocated and unemployed workers to help them gain additional training in their existing field or get started on a new career path.
Food Stamp Program Provides free tuition and books and support of services for food stamp recipients.
Professional Technical Advisory Committees The primary purpose of PTAC is to promote collaboration between specific educational programs and business, industry, and labor in preparing students to enter and succeed in their chosen career. Advisory Committees have historically been a very effective means of making the educational delivery system respond to the needs of a constantly changing labor market.
Faculty Certification In order to meet Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements for Professional-Technical Certification in the community and technical college system, a file documenting each faculty’s certification is to be maintained in the Professional-Technical Education Office.
