The fastest growing segment of the labor market is the age 50 and older worker.  This program offers courses to those who are 50 years of age and older who want to or are being required to return to work or change careers.  For a printed brochure, or to request a printed class schedule, please call 206-546-5882.

Registration in 2 Simple Steps

The registration process has been simplified for this program, so no transcripts or placement tests are required.  Plus 50 students do not need to attend orientation.
 

  • Step 1.  Print and complete the Admission Application form; bring the completed form to Enrollment Services in Room 5200, FOSS Building.  (If you prefer you can fax it to 206-546-5835; or mail it to Enrollment Services, Room 5200, Shoreline Community College, 16101 Greenwood Avenue N, Seattle, WA 98133; or scan and e-mail it to sccadmis@shoreline.edu.)  You will receive your student id by email or U.S. mail.  Please allow 2-3 days processing time.
  • Step 2.  After you have received your student id, print and complete the Class Registration form, then bring it to Enrollment Services in Room 5200, FOSS Building and complete the registration process and pay for your class.  (If you prefer you can fax the form to 206-546-5835; or mail it to Enrollment Services, Room 5200, Shoreline Community College, 16101 Greenwood Avenue N., Seattle, WA 98133; or scan and e-mail it to sccadmis@shoreline.edu.)  You will receive your printed schedule by e-mail or U.S. mail.)  Tuition will be due in five business days.

A Senior Tuition Waiver program is available to adults 60 and over.  This program allows the student to attend college credit classes at minimal cost on a space-available basis for credit or audit.  For more information on this program, contact Enrollment Services at (206) 546-4611.
